From 2007 - 2011, Pranav worked for four years at a real estate and infrastructure focused private equity fund in India. In this role, he conducted investment due diligence for over USD 30m actual investments, participated in fundraising and negotiations, and led deal sourcing, screening, and execution - leading to launch of several investment ventures across India. Further, he managed financials of around USD 30m and reported on operations at portfolio companies, and generated quarterly investor reports for the USD 125m investments across five Indian cities. Prior, Pranav worked from 2006 - 2007 in a strategy consulting role at an international startup, wherein he helped establish the team, and develop processes and product for biotech-pharmaceutical consulting practice. Pranav co-founded Ripple IP Services, an intellectual property services provider, in 2005 and now provides strategic advisory to the firm as a board member. |
